Reaching My Fitness Goals with myPlanit

One of my favorite things about the myPlanit app is that it pulls together many aspects of my life automatically, saving me time, which is something I never seem to have enough of.  As I am using the app more and more and learning how it can help me keep track of important health goals.

In order for me to meet my health goals each month, I need to exercise regularly and keep track of where I am working out and what I’m working on.

Here’s how myPlanit has helped make this easy to do...

1.  No ‘Check-in’ required!  I don’t have to think about ‘checking-in’ when I get to my workout, because myPlanit automatically records all the places I visit.

2. Tags organize for easy recall. I’ve created fitness related tags for each moment or workout location which makes it easier to find my fitness related info later on. And because they all have the same tag, all of my workouts are organized by time, location or text.

 

3. Personal notes, when I want. For each fitness related moment created, I’m able to add in details about each specific workout.

4. My photos included! I take a lot of workout-related pictures and myPlanit automatically connects them to the location or event where they were taken all within the app.

Finding time to workout each week is hard enough, which means keeping track of it all can easily fall by the wayside. Because myPlanit automatically tracks my workouts for me, it has quickly become one of the most valued apps on my iPhone.
